Windsor Essex Child/Youth Advocacy Centre

WECYAC provides specialized, multidisciplinary team support to children in Windsor Essex County who have experienced victimization or witnessed crimes and abuse. Our commitment lies in establishing a culturally sensitive, child-friendly, and trauma-informed environment where victim advocacy and support services are accessible to all distressed children, adolescents, and their families, and forensic interviews are recorded. Our overarching goal is to eliminate the need for these children to repeatedly recount their traumatic experiences.
