NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, FOLLOWED BY LUNCH AND KEYNOTE SPEAKERS FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF WINDSOR AND ST. CLAIR COLLEGE OF APPLIED ARTS AND TECHNOLOGY
 

At 12 noon, Chamber voting members are welcome to attend the Annual General Business Meeting business ONLY at no charge. Please contact lsylvestre@windsoressexchamber.org to register.

Please join the Chamber Board of Directors and Staff as we celebrate 149 years of serving Windsor and Essex County as the voice of business.

This year following the formal AGM business, there will be a keynote address from leaders in education from the University of Windsor and St. Clair College of Applied Arts and Technology.

The Annual General Business Meeting will include:

• Adoption of the Minutes of the 149th Annual General Meeting
• Report of the Chair of the Board (2025-2026) - Tal Czudner
• Approval of by-law changes
• Approval of Auditor's Report for Fiscal Period Ending June 30, 2025
• Appointment of the Auditors for the 2025-2026 Fiscal Year
